Declarations!

We are who we believe we are….

If we want to change our behaviours, we need to change our beliefs.

I decided to write some declarations that spoke to my ADHD brain. What we tell ourselves we gradually believe (for better or worse). I dare you to create your own list to suit your needs. Here’s mine:

MY BRAIN IS AMAZING!

I CAN FOCUS ON ONE THING AT A TIME!

MY MIND IS CALM.

I CAN FINISH TASKS WITHOUT GETTING BORED.

I DON’T ZONE OUT!

I DO NOT OVERTHINK!

NOISE AND CROWDS DON’T BOTHER ME.

I AM NOT NEGATIVELY AFFECTED BY OVER-STIMULATION.

MY SENSED DON’T GET OVERWHEMED.

I AM CONFIDENT!

I DO NOT LIVE WITH GUILT!

I AM SHAME FREE!
