If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or out of touch with yourself, this practice can bring clarity and groundedness where you need it most. We’ll go at your pace, with care and curiosity.

Marital Sessions

Online or in-person — this is a dedicated space for couples to pause, reflect, and reconnect. My role isn’t to take sides, but to create space for both voices to be heard — so you can move forward with greater understanding, connection, and care.
